How long does installation take?

The Smart Agent installs in under 5 minutes per workstation. No reboots required, no disruption to your practice. It begins monitoring immediately after installation.

What dental software does CyberCore support?

CyberCore natively monitors Dentrix, Eaglesoft, DEXIS, and Open Dental. Our auto-discovery engine detects installed software automatically — no manual configuration needed.

Does CyberCore replace my existing antivirus?

No. CyberCore complements your existing security tools. We monitor system health, dental software, HIPAA compliance, and IT infrastructure — areas that traditional antivirus doesn't cover.

What happens when CyberCore detects an issue?

For self-healing playbooks, CyberCore fixes the issue automatically and logs the action in the decision journal. For monitoring-only playbooks, you receive an alert with details and recommended actions.

Is my data secure?

CyberCore collects only system health telemetry — never patient data, never file contents. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification.
