The Math Is Simple

Dental practice downtime costs between $500 and $1,800 per hour in lost production, rescheduled patients, and staff idle time. CyberCore pays for itself the first time it prevents an outage.

ROI Breakdown

Conservative estimate: A single prevented downtime hour per quarter at the low end ($500/hr) saves $2,000 per year. CyberCore Lite costs $1,188/year — a net saving of $812 and a 1.7× return.

Moderate estimate: One prevented hour per quarter at $1,000/hr saves $4,000/year. Even on the Command tier ($3,588/year), that is a net positive of $412 — and most practices experience more than four incidents per year.

Realistic scenario: Practices running legacy imaging systems and multi-server PMS configurations typically experience 8–12 disruption events annually. Preventing even half of those yields $4,000–$10,800 in preserved production — a 4–15× ROI depending on tier and hourly rate.

CyberCore vs. Traditional MSPs
